MLS IDX Search
Description: Offers visitors to your website the ability to search and view active properties that are updated daily by the feed from your local MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program.
The website visitor can search by the following fields: Max Price, Min Price,
Property Type (drop down), # Bedrooms, # Bathrooms, Sq Footage, Garage,
Basement, View, and Approx. Acreage.
Agent/Office Current Listings
Shows the Active MLS listings for the
Agent Standard package and the Active office listings for the Office Express
package.
Customized IDX Listings
For an extra fee (call for pricing details), customers can show listings from a customized query of the IDX data. For example, listings can be separated into separate links such as "Waterfront Properties", "Golf Course View", "Luxury Homes", etc.. etc. Any combination of fields available in your MLS's IDX program can be searched on with multiple criteria.
Integrated IDX Solution
For a one-time fee of $195.00, customers have the ability to upload html code of a website page in which they would like to directly incorporate our IDX Service. This provides the ultimate "seamless" IDX option for those customers who have custom websites. Call for more details and a demonstration.
Online Appointment Maker
Enables you to automatically receive email messages from your
site visitors about specific MLS listings via email based on the email
setup in the account.
Agent/Office Open Houses
An administration page allows management and display of open houses
for Active MLS listings. You can set open houses with a date, time, and
add comments.
Agent/Office Virtual Tour Links
An administration page allows the addition of existing virtual
tours to selected Active MLS listings.
Site AAdministration Control Panel
Allows you to customize the MLS IDX search to
match your website or personal preferences by changing the color of the background, buttons, text, and even applying a unique header.
It also allows you to manage the other features of your account, such as contact
information and listings manager.

chosen) to welcome visitors to your website. The message is customized in

to text. Also, you can feature an active MLS listing on the home page with
some templates by simply selecting that listing to be a feature listing in the
administration page.
Bio/Resume page (or About Us for Office Professional Package)
For the Agent Professional package, this allows the agent
to feature their professional resume, including experience, awards, and
affiliations. For the Office Professional package, this allows the office to feature information
such as location and office achievements. The resume is customized in a
word processor like format, where you can bold, underline, and even add links to
text.
Contact Me Page (or Contact Us for Office Professional Package)
Allows any website visitor to contact you via the web through an
online form that automatically emails the agent or office based on the email
setup in the account.
Local Area Info Page
Features local city and/or county school information, local
entertainment, census information, climate information, and history about your
local community. This is researched for you and provided free of charge,
complete with select pictures from the community.
Links Page
An administration page allows you to add your favorite website
links including a title and description. Examples include local mortgage
providers, insurance providers, inspection services, etc.
Buyers/Sellers Tools Page
Offers important tools to facilitate the buying and
selling process such as a mortgage calculator, property tax information, loan
options for buyers, sales process for sellers, and other important real estate
related aids.
Customer Accounts
Allows you to gain potential buyers by either letting them sign themselves up on your website or you creating a login and password.
Once they have their login, your website visitor will have the ability to save their favorite listings/searches and allows them to
receive an automated email when a new Active MLS listing matches their search
criteria.
Automatic New Listings
Allows buyers registered with a Customer Account to save as many searches as they want and receive a daily email with any new listings that match the criteria in any of their saved searches.
Services Page
Allows you to highlight your unique buyer and seller services.
Agents Page
Allows you to highlight each Agent in your office with their photo and contact information. There is also the ability to create a bio for each agent that will show up when an agent is selected from this page.
Site Traffic Statistics
Allows you track visitor traffic to your site. Stats include a monthly/daily summary of # pages visited, # visits, # unique visitors. It also provides a monthly summary of the top referring pages, keywords from search engines, and MLS Numbers of listings viewed on your site.
